Location & quiet.
This place was terrible. It appeared to be a construction workers location. We were booked for two nights and stayed one. It was dirty, trash all around, maintenance long over due and the previous occupants towels were in the bathroom. Were the sheets clean? Hard to tell. Booked.net lost a lot of credibility with this facility. It should be taken off the their listings.

It was clean
Pillows wore out, beds were hard, showers didn't work properly, toilet plugged, breakfast was poor.

Actually, nothing.
I have stayed there many times over the years. It was never anything fancy, but was convenient for K-State games and was clean. I was shocked at the condition. The floors were so filthy that the bottom of our socks were brown. The bathroom was disgusting. The tub had a dark brown ring and there was no drain. Mold was evident around the base of the tub. There were no mattress pads no the bed, so when the small flat sheet came off the sides, we were sleeping on the bare mattress. The noise was terrible and as a result, we had two very poor nights' sleep. I will not go back unless management is changed and/or the motel is completely upgraded. With all the new motels popping up in Manhattan, there are now more options. TERRIBLE.

The desk staff was friendly
Very old room, which is fine. Not maintained and not clean, which is NOT fine. The price was ridiculous -- $125 for the last room in Manhattan. Breakfast looked gross.

Bugs in the room, a pool that had green crap around it, trash bags and a old lawn mower up against the fence by the pool. Ice machine had gray tape holding it together , not very clean. It was supply and demand, due to the footballgame, the prices of this place was way to high 150.00 for this crap. My wife stay here last yr on a different weekend for 65.00. Would not recommend this crap to anyone!!!

This motel was absolutely filthy. The lobby and its sparse furniture was dirty and the area was unkempt. We asked to see a room before we checked in and were simply reminded that, because we had booked online, we could not cancel anyway. So, we checked in and went to see the room. The breezeway and stairway leading to the room was littered with dirt, leaves, cigarette butts, spider webs, and trash. In the room, we found dirty bedspreads, a hole punched in the bathroom door, a grimy telephone that smelled so bad, I could not put it near my face to use it. We were in Manhattan to visit our daughter for a ksu football game, but drove home to Kansas City after midnight because we could not be comfortable staying in this motel. The price was also outrageous and I feel we were terribly taken advantage of.

Only Room left in Manhattan
Walked in and the room felt dirty, holes in the wall, tile falling off in the shower. I talked myself into that the sheets were clean. I dont care how cheap a hotel room is, no holes in a wall or tile falling off. I only stayed there because there were no rooms left in town

Price was satisfactory-beds were good
The facilities have gone down hill since we last stayed there-the room had a stale odor to it and strongly showed wear and tear.-Air conditioning did not cool the room

Staff was short-handed and could not find name. Water barely ran out of showers. Room was not very clean.
